Happy birthday, not-so-little guy!
It’s hard to believe that it’s been seven years since The Boy was born, but sure enough, at 10:35 p.m. tonight (9:35 in his native time zone) our little guy will officially be another year older.
Of course, he’s not all that little any more. When did that happen?
I honestly can’t remember what life was like before he was born. It’s been absolutely incredible to watch him grow and become aware of the world around him. And even now when I think I’ve got him pegged, he always finds new ways to surprise me. I’m incredibly proud of him and love him more than words can express.
Here’s to another year of growing older, wiser and taller!
