Here be randomness
This week has been too exhausting for me to put together any kind of narrative, so here’s a collection of marginally related thoughts to get the weekend started. Click at your own risk.
- We’ve had some great weather this week. The kind where you can’t help but get outside and enjoy the nice sunsets.
- The Boy has been busy at school writing thrilling short stories and creating pieces of art that freak out his mother.
The Girl enjoys wearing her big brother’s stuff, whether it be his shoes, his hat or his backpack.- The Boy’s basketball season finally ended with a 58-11 loss. He didn’t seem to mind though, since they had a party and he got a trophy afterwards.
- Pretty soon we’ll have another little dribbler on our hands.
- I believe that one of the staplers at work is trying to kill me.
- How do I get one of these Cadbury Creme Eggs?
- Playing peek-a-boo is fun. It’s even more fun when it do it on the run.
- My son seems to have inherited my lack of monkey bar ability.
- Greyhounds are goofy creatures – especially when you wake them.
- I understand that the NBA would like to market towards the growing Hispanic demographic, but sticking “los” in front of a team name seems like a pretty half-assed way to go about it. Their regular uniforms don’t say “The Mavs” or “The Lakers”, which is basically what they’re doing there. This is one of the few things that Major League Baseball actually does better than its rivals. Well, most of the time.
- No matter who you are, you gotta brush your teeth.
- When people ask me why I use Twitter, I tell them because it’s the only way I can find out when Shaq is getting a haircut.
- Speaking of Twitter, looks like the folks at cnn.com have found something else to mess up.
I don’t understand the Spanish uniforms at all. I mean, when I go to Mexico I don’t change my name to Cristina. Why would the proper name of a team change for anything?
hahahahahaha! I agree with you Kristine.
