Push it real good
Kids can be demanding, especially when you have something else that needs to get done. Our kids tend to be underfoot while we’re trying to get ready for work. It’s good thing we have a big master bathroom, because usually all four of us are in there together on weekday mornings.
Most of time though, both of our kids do a pretty good job of entertaining themselves. Here’s an example of The Girl doing just that.
Fries at the bottom of the bag
- My son does not appreciate having to get his hair cut.
- Guess which one of my kids is the little trouble maker? Here’s a hint.
- The Boy has just one more basketball game left this season. He still hasn’t scored a basket, but he’s still a stonewall on defense.
- It only took two weeks for The Wife to get insanely jealous about my new iPhone. She doesn’t really do the whole “patience thing,” so now she has one as well. The Girl’s excited because that means she gets her mother’s now useless old phone.
- Another reason to love H-E-B: both kids can fit in the same cart.
- Just in case you were wondering, The Dog is still pathetic.
- The Wife has started purchasing wine in bulk on her lunch breaks. At this rate, we may need to build a wine cellar. She’s started blogging about her exploration of viticulture too.
- Apparently The Boy had to make a New Year’s resolution at school and his was right on the mark.
- The Girl now requires her own spoon when being fed applesauce.
- She’s recently developed a fascination with ice. And with feeding people.
She’s totally giving that stuffed animal the best ride!
I love that she never goes around the other side of the island!
