    Turns out I lied about the jury duty story appearing this morning. Had a late dinner, watched a little TV and then fell asleep on the couch.

    We’ll reconvene and hear opening arguments tomorrow morning. Unless I fall asleep on the couch again. I figure it’s about 50-50.

    I’ve noticed whenever you promise a post at a certain time, it is always a dirty, dirty lie. You should stop doing that. I’m just saying. :)

    cute photos…i’ll take fun photos over jury duty retelling any day. did I ever tell you that my jury duty case (which I didn’t get picked for but got an idea about the case), kept asking about do you consider calling on the phone harassment, and how many times, etc. we all got a pretty good idea of what kind of case it was.
